History

TASCON Plastic Industries Limited is established in Nigeria with the sole aim of manufacturing and exporting plumbing and drainage system materials in Nigeria and beyond.

Today, we have succeeded in meeting up with the plumbing material needs of millions of households while adding an extra mileage to Nigeria by developing hygienic Water Tanks and sewage disposal products.

We pride in the quality that we produce as it is unbeaten and of international standard.

Tascon Plastic Industries Limited was established in the year 1997 by the visional, Alh. (Dr.) AbdulAkeem Salaudeen and it is Headquartered in Nigeria.

Strategy Expansion

In Year 2001 a trading and investment company was established at Ita Ahmodu area in Ilorin Kwara State which was the base of the business they trade in different kinds of building materials ranging from Iron roofing sheet, galvanized sheet, special security doors, Tiles, coloured aluminum roofing sheets and nails. The company also doubles as Procurement Business Unit and provides technical training for the group.

In Year 2013, the company established its Manufacturing company which is Tascon Plastic Industries Limited this started the production of PVC pipes of various sizes and thickness. The need for growth and further development has led the company to expand its production base and branch. Tascon Plastic started its production in 2013 with just 3 extruder pipes machine with about 3 metric tons per day as at today the hunger for growth and the unending visionary picture ahead has led the company to a growth level of 16 extruder pipes making machines today and as much as 22 metric tons produced per day

We are also into the production of PVC ceilings which currently has 6 machines. The growth plan has led the company a step further to start producing its own calcium carbonate (CaC0₃) for pipe production.

 This step further led Tascon into commercialising the production of calcium carbonate (CaC0₃) this decision has led to the production of different grades of calcium carbonate (CaC0₃) and are as follows high grade calcium, normal grade and coated calcium carbonate.

In 2021 Tascon plastic opened a new branch of PVC pipes manufacturing in Minna Niger State to create a strategic and deliberate advantage for our Northern customers in terms of bringing the market close to them and for the company to have a larger market share. The Minna branch is currently running on 5 extruder machines with a staff strength of 100.

For us to have a larger market share and to meet customer demand we have decided to start the production of storage tanks. This strategic development will see production of 2,000liters to 10,000 liters of storage tanks.
